Thank you for your interest in New Horizons Tower Student Accommodation. New Horizons Tower is a unique residence. We are primarily a retirement residence for independent and light care seniors however we also have accommodation for students enrolled in FULL-TIME post-secondary programs (university, college level).
RESERVE A ROOM:
1. PRINT the Student Application
2. PRINT the Student Agreement
3. Review the Student Handbook (for your reference only)
4. Photocopy your school acceptance letter or timetable
5. Fax the forms and await approval.*
6. Mail original forms with the non-refundable payment for Term one.
* Once approved, you’ll receive immediate notice of a room being held for you by email. You will be advised as to the full amount due for Term one. Your room hold is valid for one week from date of approval. If payment is not received within one week, room will be released to the next applicant.
** The first Term invoice will include another room deposit which applies toward the second Term total. Agreements beginning in the Fall must be a minimum of two Terms, i.e. 8 months.
A Term at New Horizons Tower is 4 months in length, approximately one semester’s length (or longer with prorated fees). New Horizons Tower will only accept payment of Canadian dollars in the form of a bank draft, certified cheque, or a money order.
