Through the leadership of Dovercourt Baptist Church, Dovercourt Baptist Foundation (which operates New Horizons Tower) was formed in 1972 to meet the needs of people in the community.

We continue this heritage by providing both students and seniors with compassionate support and quality services while promoting an independent housing accommodation in a secure and affordable environment. Given our eclectic resident base of students and seniors from all over the world, you will find yourself meeting a mix of people, resulting in an exciting and diverse place to live.
