All of our student accommodation comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, dresser, lamp, alarm clock, fan, bulletin board and mirror.
- All
of our student accommodation is available as single (private)
occupancy.
- Shared
accommodation is limited and only available when a roommate is
self-arranged.
- All
of our student accommodation is available year-round, on a semester
plan (i.e. 4 months).
- All
rates listed include cost of accommodation and meal plan. (*)
Rates subject to change.
- Rates
are quoted as per 2 semesters and are paid in full one month in
advance of each semester.
- Late
payments will be charged a $50.00 fee, plus applicable interest
charges. Returned payments will be charged $50.00 fee.
- Phone,
internet and cable access is not included in any of the rates
below and must be purchased independently by each resident.
INCIDENTAL
FEES
- $200.00
refundable deposit (covers key deposit, damage deposit & fine
for infractions).
- $10.00
student activity dues (covers social programs, event or trip subsidies,
and purchases of sports equipment, & games).
- Also, a credit card is required to apply.
